The Memorial database of NKVD personnel (1935–1941), a continuously updated resource, has become inaccessible following the organization’s designation as extremist by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

The database may reappear on servers outside the Russian Federation; however, access to it would remain restricted within Russia due to its association with an organization designated as extremist.
