This text is a chapter from Ivan Kurilla’s book in which he discusses the Karagodin Investigation project. Орловский централ – тюрьма НКВД в г. Орел.

Тюрьма и события в ней имеют прямое отношение к массовым убийствам 1937-1938 годов в городе Томске. По этой причине, орловский централ разрабатывается как одно из ключевых звеньев всей следственной цепочки Расследования КАРАГОДИНА.

Мы решили, что опубликуем "черновик" профиля тюрьмы как есть. Постепенно доформировывая его. Это лучше, чем если он и дальше будет продолжать пылиться в неизданном.

Засекреченные дела 1937-1938 годов возвращены из военной прокуратуры Томского гарнизона в Управление ФСБ России по Томской области

Управление ФСБ России по Томской области, – место постоянного архивного хранения прекращенного уголовного архивно-следственного (расстрельного) дела КАРАГОДИНА Степана Ивановича.

Интересующие нас уголовные дела 1937-1938 годов (вдруг оказавшиеся на секретном хранении) возвращены из военной прокуратуры Томского гарнизона в Управления ФСБ по Томской области.

Формально, это последняя стадия бюрократического пинпонга.

Теперь наши запросы на их рассекречивание "будут рассмотрены в течении трех месяцев".

Надеемся на положительный исход.

Напоминаем, что один из подследственных проходящих по этим делам – друг Альберта ЭЙНШТЕЙНА.
